As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Randomness of Today... Monday, November 25

Added "raise 21,000Php" to the HUGE Lil' Sistas Christmas.

Things I've checked off on the Lil' Sistas Wish list and party supplies include the following:

  • 26 single bed mattresses
  • 100 cans of juice
  • 1 standing heavy bag (money to purchase it)
  • Tonight I was contacted by someone who may be donating ceiling fans so that's a potential check.

Interviewed online a potential new manufacturer in Pakistan to produce my handwraps.
Currently my hand wraps are being made by my long time manufacturer in Pakistan but I'm replacing him but going through the potentials right now.  My gloves are no longer produced in Pakistan but are instead being made in China.
Friend from Korea is informed me she's visiting in January during her stopover in the Philippines.

Dealing with issues regarding the manufacturers of Baa Baa Black Sheep and I'm kind of have put it on hold because I don't have the extra time or patience to deal with it just yet.  Kind of spent on every thing else.

Considering canceling this homepage so today I played around with other website designs.  Am thinking to do a more professional profile kind of website as oppose to this online diary style.
