As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Workaholic Day... Sunday, November 3

Almost done this holiday... almost but not yet.

The city has gone MIA, my fighters have gone MIA, and it's like a ghost town.  

I took this opportunity to really zoom in and get ultra focused, super caught up on my background admin stuff for Empowered Clubhouse and the Lil' Sistas.  So, for me today, it was a matter of sitting at the computer for a handful of hours, typing away and picking at my own brain.

Things to do this week...
Promo pics and dets for the Baa Baa Black Sheep items.
Baa Baa Black Sheep male item samples.
Get up to date with the Black Sheep website.
Finalize the Lil' Sistas Christmas Wish List.
Set dates and do a rough plan for the two Lil' Sistas Christmas Parties.
Finalize order from China.
Deal with Pakistan manufacturer. 
Finalize Christmas plans for Canada.
