As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

You Have to Want it to Earn it

My new year promo... the 2020 Vision Focus
Opened up my registration today, for a limited time and limited spots.
I only actually open my registration twice a year because I have a cap on how many fighters/clients I take on.  And yes, I do fire clients.

I fire clients who continually cancel, something I think is both disrespectful to me and to whomever I could be coaching if that spot and time wasn't booked by them.  I do what I do because I love it and because I know how my life has really changed because of not only boxing but also with getting control of my fitness and health.  I do this because I want to help others to do the same but I refuse to commit to those who can't even commit to their own wellbeing, something they think simply hiring me means they can disregard and put on the back burner for me to worry about.   I can't help you if you can't help yourself or put your health as a priority.  At that point, you're simply wasting my time and effort and also wasting your money.  Contact me when you want to commit.

Are these prices in local money? That's insanely cheap.
