As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

One Last Note... Friday, January 17

So this is, or might not be, my last post on my homepage.

14.5 years and 10,712 posts later, this will be post 10,713 and my last one.
Started on July 31, 2005, finished today, January 17, 2020.

Trying to keep up with writing on the daily is rough.  My days end with me exhausted.
Wanting to express myself and talk opening is tough.  I run three businesses and am a brand, so things have to be overly sensored and screened.

I can't write what and how I'd like to write, like how I used to.

Things are different now.  I am different.

I'll be launching my "Coach Amy" website at the end of this week so I'll post the details of that when my site is up and active.  Right now, I'm spending my time working on that launch.

Best ways to follow my continual, everyday journey include the following:
Like my "Dead Aim Amy from Korea" fan page on Facebook.
Follow me on my "Dead Aim Amy" Instagram page.

Much thanks and appreciation to those of you who have followed my homepage, especially those who have stuck around from the start or for quite some time.  Extra thanks to those who have privately reached out to me from my homepage, very cool.

When I launch my "Coach Amy" website, it'll be all focused on my three companies and empowering women through health, fitness and badassery, so please be sure to check it out when I post the details.  Thanks kindly,

Amy

Amy!!! I had no idea you made this final post. I've always been so impressed at how you kept this blog going. I have no idea how you made the time to update EVERY SINGLE DAY. I hope you can pick it back up one day, or maybe change to a different format (I saw you have a VLOG link to Youtube?! I have to check that out). You've always been an inspiration and I'm so proud with all the things you've accomplished and continue to accomplish. Almost 11,000 daily posts, it's an incredible achievement! You deserve a rest :P
