... because the Bad Lieutenant asked... and because I love flexing... hehehe.
As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).
After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.
Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Oh. man.
Pic #3 is for me.
Sometime... you'll have to do the same pose, sans the wife beater. A pair of strategically-placed boxing gloves hung around your neck.
"Amy? I haven't seen her fight yet, but I'd LOVE to see her box."
Hey Amy,
I just want to say that your new muscle pictures are awesome!! Really you deserve congratulations on them and I read your boxing workout routine and I am totally encouraged now and realize how much you put into it. Far more than I do. I thought I’ve put in a lot but not as much as you. I think the middle picture is the best one but I love the other angles too. It shows that you do like flexing as you said and you look lean and fit as anything. Great! :)
Beth
Somebody call 911 this girl is on fire! Your body is smoking girl. Keep up the hard training and keep posting pics like these, please, I beg of you!
Hi Sean,
Hehehehe... Did you see my beachball, I think I left it over there?!... hehehe (not too sure if you got that joke)... hehehehe.
Hey Bad Lieutenant,
Ok, you can have picture #3. I personally thought my side pic (#4) was the best, showing off my triceps.
Oh gosh... your quote! Yikes... hehehe.
Yo Beth,
Thanks girl! I am quite the fitness freak but where I think my body should be and where it is are two different places and so I'm frustrated with that. I'm hoping this four week competition will help me jump start my body and kick it into a position closer to where I think it should be.
Hey... you DO put a lot of effort into your training, don't discredit yourself. I wish I sparred as much as you do. Sparring is way more practicial practice than hitting the bag and doing pad work. Keep up with the hard work!!!
Hi Kalvin,
Hehehehe... thanks but here in Korea the emergency number is 119... hehehehe. Thank you, will do.
