1. Lounged around the house debating a big problem: too much time, too little to do… hehehe. Actually, that’s not quite true. I have lots to do but that list is the same list of things I don’t want to do… hehehe.
2. Met up with Two Cent for a bit. I showed up around 1pm and had apparently woken her up. I find it amusing how comfortable she is with answering the door in mid-sleep, with mad bed head, and no make-up on. No one sees me like that. I don’t even like Mi Nam seeing me like that… hehehe.
3. Didn’t go to Korean class today on account that I had a meeting at Dankook. Meeting lasted a total of ten minutes… dang.
4. Regardless of not being impressed with having to change my whole day cause of ten measly minutes I was glad I came into work today. Turns out it was our assistant Jason’s last day at work!!! He’s a great kid and he’s been such a great helper in our office. I think I will miss him the most. He and June (another one of our assistants) are the two main people I talk to at work. I snapped a picture of him and then made him promise me he’d come visit. “You have to visit me, who else is going to kimchi jjigga with me?!” I told him.
5. Weighed-in today and was totally stoked about what number flashed across the screen… 54.00kgs!!! I did a cartwheel across the gym floor and gave a little shout of excitement… hehehe.
Day 1: 55.15kgs = 121.33lbs
Day 2: 54.62kgs = 120.16lbs
Day 3: 54.28kgs = 119.42lbs
Day 4: 54.40kgs = 119.68lbs
Day 5 (today): 54.00kgs = 118.80lbs
Weight lost so far: 1.15kgs = 2.53lbs
6. To congradulate me on my weight loss, Junior Mint gave me a gift today; new knuckle guards that he had sewn for me. Sweet!!!
7. Did three rounds of “match-boxing” with Junior Mint. It’s like sparring but you don’t go full strength. Actually, it’s kind of like shadow boxing but with a partner. Junior Mint likes us to us match-boxing to work on our defense skills.
8. Q headed out earlier today for a mini business trip to some place near Busan so that means he’s about a five hour drive away from me till Wednesday night. This means I’ll be home and alone for way too long. It also means any birthday celebrations will have to wait till he comes back. His birthday is next Tuesday.
9. Had some bonding time with my baby boy Mi Nam tonight… hehehe. Popped in a movie and we curled up on the couch together for it.
10. Watched “The Lake House” for about the billionth time… hehehe. I know it’s a cheesy movie with a plot that has a couple of loop holes in it but I like Sandra Bullock and it’s my favourite movie. It’s just one of those feel-good movies in which a seemingly impossible love becomes possible.
QUESTION OF THE DAY...
What's holding you back?
QUOTE OF THE DAY...
It is a man's own mind, not his enemy or foe, that lures him to evil ways.

As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).
After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.
Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

No way! You like the Lake House? So do i! Everyone says they hate it though =(
Oh well
You seem to be skipping a ton of korean lessons and trump visits
And is it just me or did it feel like you updated 3 times in 1 day?
:P

Did you know "Lake House" is based on a Korean movie? I haven't seen either, but would be interested in comparing the two! There have been a lot of Korean movies adapted by Hollywood in the last few years.
Yo B-Man,
Hehehe... ya, I love it!!!
Yes, that's true but I have good reasons to be missing them. It's the final weeks (now the final week) of school and in addition to preparing final marks and whatnot, I'm also preparing for the winter camp I am doing and helping out at the boxing club while my coach trains for his big match this Saturday.
As for the update... I think the time change brought about that feeling.
Hi Lisa,
Ya, actually I did know that but I haven't seen it yet. I really want see it to though. What version do you think is better, the Korean or English version?
