As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Haha i loved this video. Best one yet.
And im glad you picked a non rap song haha, thats a good song.
I still think that "tour" videos are great ideas. I know thats what your gym looks like, but like, show us a tour! Wheres what! etc
And do that for EVERYWHERE. Tour your house (i think you did that once, but do it again :P)
Just stuff like that. And dont think too hard, just be yourself.

Hey Bman,
Really?! You liked this one? It was the easiest of all the videos that I've made so far!!! Hmmm....
I'll try to think of another tour video. I was thinking about doing one of my favourite places here in Korea but it'd take a while to make considering it involves many restuarants and whatnot that I'd have to eat at to film.

Hey Amy
I liked that video a lot. I was getting cold just watching it realizing the place wasn't heated and you in bare feet. I don't like to wear socks also around the house. Maybe one of Tegan and Sara's songs would be good for a video from you. You might not know them but they are two twin girls who I love to listen to and they have the greatest sense of humor. I think you might like them.
I don't think I'm sparring next week because of the holidays but I will train and work out. I want to even things up next year with my sparring partner Shaun if I can. I'm determined. :):)
