As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

A Breakdown of My Day... Wednesday, February 8

With my fight a little over a week away, I'm sleeping now more than ever as the stress and reality of it all feels somewhat burdensome. I'm physically, mentally and emotionally exhausted.

This is what my day looked like today...

10am – Woke up to a long distance phone call.
10:40am - Ended the phone call, walked Pyen Chi, had breakfast.
11:30am - SLEPT.
1:30pm - Woke up to study Korean and do some stuff on the Internet.
2:20pm - Worked on exhausting Pyen Chi so I could go out jogging.
2:45pm - TRAINED -- WENT JOGGING.
3:30pm - Returned from jog and then took Pyen Chi out to play by the river.
4:30pm - SLEPT.
7:30pm - Woke up and played with Pyen Chi outside.
8pm - TRAINED -- WENT BOXING
10pm - Returned from boxing, ate and watched “Lost”.
11pm - SLEPT.

My day started at 10am and ended at 11pm = 13hrs.

My 13 hour day consisted of 5 hours of napping and 8 hours of being awake. A total of 5 of those 8 hours were doing physical activities -- 3 hours of training (jogging and boxing) and 2 hours horse-playing and running around with Pyen Chi outside.
