As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Today started with great friends – King Kong slept over last night and I woke up to him and Snickers cleaning the ENTIRE house from top to bottom.  They then took Baby Pac out of the house for the day so that my friends and I could have our party.

It was filled with great friends – Atomic-B showed up super early to help and then my house was quick to fill up with fabulous friends, old and new, for our Pretty in Pink party, starring Mama Ro and Baby Mina.
Thanks to all that showed up.  I was really touched at the sweetness of all those who came out to support Mama Ro, Papa Steve and Baby M.  Some came from as far as Busan, a 3-4hour train ride.
It was also filled with fabulously fun, ultra silly situations, like the diaper game I had them all play... hilarious!!!   They were such awesome sports about it.  What a fabulous crew!!!
Then my day ended with great friends -- messages from those who came to the party, expressing their thanks and enjoyment, and then a couple of my K-Crew friends dropping by to bring me back Baby Pac and to help with any cleaning up I may need.
