As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

I had commented on Facebook, saying that what's more fun that a barrel of monkeys is throwing toilets down the stairs but perhaps I was wrong. I was overly amused by our bathroom stalls today... hahaha. Today all our lighting was set up and turned on which lit up a whole new fun spot... well, fun spot for me.
You're surrounded by mirrors in each stall, which is perfect if you want to sponatinously bust out your version of Micheal Jackson's Thriller... hahaha.  I was seriously busting out a move by myself when Snickers snapped this shot... gosh, you'd think I was an only kid, that or deprived of something when I was younger... hahaha.  Too much fun.
The coolest of lights though are a toss up between the hulked-out green lights at the side and the super chill lights at the juice bar.  The juice bar lights are each only 5 watts, which are as chill on your eyes as they will be on our pocket book.
