As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

I love, love, LOVE our office!!!
Today I brought in some of Snickers' trophies.  He really didn't want me to do so but I insisted.  I'm proud of his success so why be so humble about it?!  My husband is a knock-out and in more ways than one!
I may not be a champion like Snickers but I train hard and tonight I definitely trained like a champion.  I'm definitely eager to get back into the ring and fight but that's been put on hold while we start up Hulk's.  I will step back in the ring though, if not for my own personal need to do so but to represent my club.
I'm proud of the club Snickers and I have made here and it's potential to be something really great is so inspiring.  We took our dream, a thought in our head, and put it in physical form and no matter what happens from here I will forever know that I made my dream come true.
