Today was by far the busiest day we had in terms of members training. We try to take a more personal approach to training and by that we mean rarely to our members train without us coaching them or putting them through specific exercises.
At one point both Snickers and I were trying to juggle coaching about 13 members, none of which were doing boxercise but simply boxing and/or weight training.

One of our current members continually comes with her two nieces. And while she trains in boxing with Snickers, her two nieces try to entertain themselves by watching me train others. Tonight I decided to entertain myself by training them.

They're both sister -- one is 10yrs old and the other is 12. I think it's awesome that they come here and was happy to train them because I think it's important to educate kids while they're young about staying healthy and keeping physically active.
One of the exercises I did with them was playing catch. Sounds simple enough but given the fact that the ball was 2kg and ya, quite the exercise!
Training hard and eating clean go hand-in-hand and I'm always reminding our remembers so tonight I shared my post training meal. Later in the evening I received a "peace offering" of sushi. It was King Kong's attempt at apologizing for Saturday and showing me that he can pick cleaner food. It wasn't the cleanest and definitely could have been cleaner but it was HUGE improvement from the dirty food he overindulged in on Saturday night!!!
