As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

How To Cook Up Some Mean, Lean Abs... Saturday, June 8

Here's a very general recipe on how to cook yourself up some abs.

INGREDIENTS:
1 Korean super hero t-shirt-wearing hottie
1 van full of fabulous friends to help you pick the cleanest of clean and most delish of delish foods
1 over-sized market packed with fresh fruit and cheap veggies
2 sellers at the market to give you the inside hook up
1 over-sized counter to lay all your cleaning eating scores on
2-3 bags of the freshest fruit and mouth-watering veggies
1 dash of desire to eat clean
1 cup of creativity in the kitchen
1 pinch of passion for health

DIRECTIONS:
Put it all the ingredients together, stir and viola.  Let's see what you get!!!

Today I tested out this recipe and scored some super delish clean-eating pudding.  I called it Protein-Packed Manana Pudding.  That's "manana" as in mangos and bananas, the main ultra delish ingredient but one of many that made this Manana Pudding so punch-packed with delish.  Even Pyen Chi was drooling over it!!!
