As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

It's my day off, I know and I'm at work, but I brought my little man Pac to keep me company (and yes, to play with too).
Pac was quite the cute company to have as I prepared and stocked the juice bar with homemade goodies and fresh supplies for next week.
I also caught up on laundry.  Pac ended up passing right out but just when I thought he was failing as my sidekick security, he was put to the test when two middle aged Korean men entered the club.  Oh boy did Pac bark his little head off!!!
Ended up getting into a fight, yes it's true, but I actually didn't discover the fact that my neck was all slashed up until the wee early morning when I slashed face lotion on myself and it stung.... great.
