As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

While other women get flowers or jewelry, I get this -- a special delivery that Snickers sent to me at the club.  I slept here last night and woke up to a special delivery of ice mango!!!

It was another "Free Train Friday" which means us coaches are here but not training anyone so I got to manage the club on my own today again.  This time, instead of giving Snickers the day off to play, he was doing anything but that at home.  Today's task for him: redo the floor in our apartment and clean the house.
First on my list of things to do today: make sure these young cuties train hard!!! Set them up with a circuit and then stood yelling at them.  "Train hard or go home!" I told them and, no matter how much they complain or say they don't want to do it, they ALWAYS smile for my pictures and they ALWAYS come back for more.  It's not harassment if you like it, right?!
