As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Yes, it reads 4:25... 4:26 to be exact... and no, I wasn't STILL at the club, I had just RETURNED.

It had been a super long day but a very successful one and ending it with weighing in my Poster Child Girl was definitely the perfect ending to my work day.
She had her monthly weigh-in tonight so after her success was revealed, we indulged in some clean drinking, protein shake drinking that is.
Don't mind my silly face here, I was trying to copy her ultra cute, scrunched up face... hahaha.
Late, late in the evening, borderline early, early morning (2:30am), two of my four-legged beauties dropped by the club to come play with me and shower me with kisses and hugs.  All that hugging and kissing was tiresome to them, so tiresome in fact that they didn't even have enough energy to fight each other off for the water.
