Chillaxed in the afternoon with my 3 four-legged beauties and with my fan not working and us having no air con at the house, it was definitely one of those must-be-as-close-to-naked-as-possible days.
I killed myself at training last night so I woke up to a very sore body. I've really switched up both my training and eating this past month so it's been awesome to notice the changes not to mention perfect timing too. I didn't want to be the only one fully clothed at training tonight!!
Tomorrow Invicta FC 6 takes place and I'll be cheering on two particular ladies. Tonight I watched their weigh-in and wow, what a humbling, humbling experience I tell you. My so-called noticable differences really are nothing in comparision to these buff women. Leslie, on the left in the photo, has abs I dream about in my sleep and slave away for at the gym. Much respect to her, to all of them actually. I will always be a proud supporter of strong, fierce women who are passionate about their sport and put their health and fitness at the top of their priority list.
... after seeing them weigh-in, I couldn't help but feel the need to put my shirt back on though :(
Headed out to a local bookstore to buy a new Korean grammar textbook to study from. I want to resume my studying because I really DO need to rely on my Korean at work.

Later in the evening I headed out to Hulk's to do a bit of work and to study. I know, I know... it's my day off I shouldn't be at work and yes I'm a geek for spending my Saturday night studying... so be it. I'll show you who is the so-called geek when we're at the beach, I'm sporting the abs and chatting it up with my Korean hotties... ya, that's right;)
