As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Best Buys, Bikes and Best Bud Boys

Today was all about three things.
1.  BEST BUYS...
Headed out to the middle of no where, a massive warehouse, for a huge discounted sale on Adidas.
2. BIKES...
Today we took Gangsta Gotti for a tune-up.  We're debating whether or not we want to spruce him up again and add the big exhaust pipe and perhaps some extra thick wheels (considering he's already been stolen once and trashed), but the plan is to get him back on the road at least for one more summer.
Had lunch at King Kong's restaurant and then I "enjoyed" his new toy that he recently bought it off of Mouse Doctor.
Despite the wheels that spin by me daily and those of which my friends ride, I think Gangsta Gotti can compete.  He's pretty gangster-cool.  He may not be super fast or super pretty but trust me, me and him cruising down the street definitely gets us our fair share of attention.
3.  BEST BUD BOYS!!!
Both Panty Boy Jr. and Motor Cross dropped by the club today.  It'd be cool if Motor Cross and his mad champion racing skills could teach me how to do a pop-a-wheelie one day!!!
