As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Fierce Women to the Extreme

Yup, this is what I call "work"... playing on the gymnastic rings and working out with some fiercely fun females.  Love, love, LOVE my job!!!
Training with my Poster Child Girl is pretty cool, I must admit.  I ask her every time I see her, "What do you want to train tonight?" and she always responds with "Anything, everything".  God bless her for being such a wicked, wicked member at Hulk's.  She's such a trooper!!!
Sometimes I have to give some of my energy to her, to get her in the mindset for training, but more often than not it's a matter of bouncing our energy off of each other.  So on behalf of Poster Child Girl and me, here's some positive energy to get you through to the end of the week and into the weekend.
