As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

The Girly Side Came Out

I've been CRAVING getting dolled up and girly, getting out of my sports clothes I seem to wear 24/7 and going on a hot date as a feminine woman so today that's what I did.

I couldn't help but go picture-happy with taking shots of my make-up, partly because my buddies wouldn't believe I wore lipstick and also because I don't know when I'll be all dressed up again.  Seems to be a once/twice a month thing... ㅠㅠ
Our Lady Ghini is in the shop but we've got this beautiful beast -- we're helping sell it but I'd love to just keep it.  It's rather over-the-top with it's amazing features so I feel rather spoiled driving around in it.
Best feature -- the two sun roofs.  Oh ya, very cool.
Ended our rainy day date with some coffee and pappingsu -- I stuck with sipping on the coffee.
