As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

What a Heart-Pounding, Wickedly Fierce Day!!!



Headed to the fight location and what a location it was!!!
It was gorgeous and filled with lots of distractions.
But sadly not a lot of protection from the sun for it's fighters.
 
Meet up with some of my favourite fighters and even a former opponent.
Love these two -- they're just like Snickers and I, a Danger Couple!!!
Got asked to stand in the corner of this fierce female's corner -- a new found friend.

And the media cameramen, photographers and fans swarmed the scene like bees to honey!!!
Loved meeting this fierce female -- The North Defector.
And the packed-to-the-max, busting-at-the-seems crowd loved the whole Japan vs. Korea action of her fight.  I've never heard quite a loud Korean crowd like today's one, woozers!!!
After a day like today, I DEFINITELY have to keep doing what I'm doing because I am loving my life!
