As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Halloween or Just Another Excuse why to get Affectionate?!

Keeping in line with my post on "Beating the Chill at Hulk's", today I stayed nice and close to Snickers because it was a chilly one today!
And seeing as it was Halloween, though I'm not a fan of the holiday I will use it as an excuse why to ate even sillier.  This is us posing as siamese twins... hahahaha.
... too much fun!
Pyen Chi got a bit jealous of all the added PDA I was dishing Snickers so I tried to make her feel better by posing as her assistant at the juice bar.
If you think she doesn't look to happy in this shot, oh trust me, she wasn't.  Apparently she just want behind-the-juice-bar-so-no-body-can-see-us affection.  Poor Pyen Chi, I'll never really be able to relate to your "girl blood" problems but thankfully this only happens once a year.
