As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

And They Call it Puppy Love

Out of every 10 members, there is 1 or 2 that are either afraid of her or don't really pay attention to her but the remaining 8, woozers, they give her a ton of play time and affection!!!
If you think a pool table in a training facility is a distraction, perhaps you've never had a 45kg four-legged worker present at training.
I've never really thought of Pyen Chi as a dog, she's a girl who just happens to have two extra legs.  And I don't think she's ever considered herself a dog either, as shown in the above picture where she apparently stood up on her back two legs so that she could hug Snickers.
Pyen Chi loves to play tag with our members but she leaves the rough play to just Snickers and I.  I've told members that you know you're considered a good friend of Pyen Chi when she goes in for the "bum bite"!
Apparently she only bites the bum of those she really loves... thanks?!
