- did the intermediate level = 1 set of 5 exercises at 60 reps each (total 300 reps)
- Shoulder Pyramid Training
- consisted of 120 reps for each of the 4 shoulder exercises I chose
- Tricep Dip Challenge
- maxed out at 83 dips yesterday when I first did the challenge but today I did 85
- This Month's 1000 Push-Up Challenge
- bumped my 1000 push-up challenge to 2000
- did 76 release push-ups (2 sets of 38).
