As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

YESTERDAY'S TRAINING...
  • CARDIO
    • Short Run: 6.14km at 5:14min/km
  • WEIGHT TRAINING
    • Spartan Ab Circuit
      • did the intermediate level = 1 set of 5 exercises at 60 reps each (total 300 reps)
    • Shoulder Pyramid Training
      • consisted of 120 reps for each of the 4 shoulder exercises I chose
    • Tricep Dip Challenge
      • maxed out at 83 dips yesterday when I first did the challenge but today I did 85
    • This Month's 1000 Push-Up Challenge
      • bumped my 1000 push-up challenge to 2000 
      • did 76 release push-ups (2 sets of 38).
  • BOXING

    • Long Run: 23.03km at 5:52min/km
  • WEIGHT TRAINING
    • 76 release push-ups for this month's 2000 Push-Up Challenge
