As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

A Busting-At-the-Seams HULKTASTIC Day

Just recently I got my hand on a ball that's attached to an elastic cord... and boy do the kids LOVE it!!!
And speaking of love, love is homemade, warm fresh bread, made for me by a young Hulkie who came in tonight just to drop it off for me..... ahhhhhh, this is love!

Note the Minnie Mouse on my Mauy Thai boxer, nice.  I think he wears it to soften his look because he's quite fierce with his boxing and I can TOTALLY vouch for that because tonight I did several rounds of padwork with him... woozers!
And then there's these guys, my late night Sushi Crew (minus one).
After going round for round with them with padwork and then sandbag work, I then pushed them through a tough leg circuit that had one too many burpees for one and tire jumps that left another with jelly legs.
They train super late but they train super hard so I'm their biggest cheerleader.
