As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Extra Small, Medium and Double Extra Large

One the frequent questions I get from people that find out I have three four-legged friends is whether or not they get along and yes, I can definitely say they get along.  Pyen Chi may be able to go through a whole back bone of raw meat with the massive teeth but she knows to control her strength when horse-playing with the others.  They are so good together, really so great.
I took Pyen Chi when I went mountain hiking with a friend but later in the evening I decided to take Pac with me for a surprise visit at Hulk's.  I've been training him how to run beside me so I took a break from training to drop by to see Snickers and our Hulkies hulking out.
He decided he was much more comfortable watching than actually having any kind of contract with our members, despite many members agreeing that he is very handsome.
