I added another member to my mini-Hulkie crew -- an adorable little 6 year old -- and up until today
our youngest members were two 9 year olds.
He may be only 6 but he trains hard and does everything I tell him to do.
Snickers couldn't stop giggling over watching this little guy train with me.
I've pretty much have become the head coach for the mini-Hulkies so during the afternoon I trained the one crew of mini-Hulkies and then I had my other crew of mini-Hulkies to train.
Training with the mini-Hulkies always means getting creative and making it feel more like a game.
Tonight I got them to help me make a little relay race with mapped out signs.
Note here Snickers, he's a bit envious of all the attention and hugs I get from the mini-Hulkies so he's sneaking up behind them, wanting to get in on the shot.
Photo-bomb completed, well kind of. One of my mini-Hulkies caught him in the act.
One of my main things I do at Hulk's is I am responsible for weighing-in all our Hulkies and doing their monthly follow-up weigh-ins -- it's always as interesting as it is rewarding to see their success.
Tonight's success story: a Hulkie who dropped 6.1kgs and lost 4.9kgs of body fat in one month!!!
