As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

A Double Gain

We've reached a solution, the side entrance is becoming a room specifically for our four-legged beauties.
Here's Balbao checking out the view it'll give him, Pyen Chi and Pac.
It's not the prettiest view but it's a view and a dog with a view is so much better off than a dog with no view.  Gosh, I don't even have a view like this from my room.  And with two doors that open up to let the fresh air in, dang Skippy, I think these four-legged friends got the best deal out of the entire move.
As for me, I lost my office -- the room I fought so hard to hold the rights to.
Grieving over the loss of my office didn't last so long though on account that some super sweet mini Hulkies proved to be all too eager to make me a new one.  This is what they came up with and I love it!!!
