As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

It's a Dog's Life

Today was ALL about our four-legged beautiful friends...
....cuddling with them, playing with them, and then taking them out for a special road trip.
Yes, we take our four-legged friends on special road trips to special places -- places they favour.
And yes, they DO have favoured places, of course, don't you?!  Exactly.
Today's special road trip started off with all three of them but, on account that one little guy jumped out of the car window, we ended up taking him back home and leaving him there.
Pacquiao was ok, he didn't get hurt, but talk about quite the scare for us.
So with just two four-legged friends, off we drove countryside.  We were headed to the river but on our way we saw some other four-legged buddies -- horseys!!!
Balboa and Pyen Chi were just so excited to be at the riverside with us.  I think the only place they like better then being waterside is late night mountain hiking with us -- they love racing up the mountain!!!
It would have been awesome to have brought Pac with us but I was too nervous about him in the car and then with the riverside having other occupants.  Pacs not a very social boy by any means.  He basically hates everyone and anyone until you let him sniff you out.
After our riverside road trip fun, we dropped off our exhausted pups and headed out for a special lunch.
Can you say seafood overload?! I say super delish!!!
