As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Kisses, Cuddles and Cuteness

Caught cuddling on the couch with my four-legged friends.  They're the sweetest and the coolest!!!
And the fact that today Snickers made me breakfast also scored him some super sweet and super cool points.
Here he is trying to kiss Pyen Chi but note who stole that kiss... Pacquiao!
After cuddles and kisses, it was time for us to all eat our breakfast.
Tonight Hulk's received a most unexpected but super sweet gift from one of our very own Hulkies.
I had this idea the other day, to put all the samples the beauty shops give me into a pink pouch and put it in the girls' shower stall for them to use as they wish.  I put a request on the Cheonan Buy and Sell Facebook page and one of our Hulkies saw it.  The other day she brought in a Ziplock bag full of samples and tonight she came in with a brown bag full of full size lotions and creams for us.  I was so completely flattered and I know our female Hulkies will absolutely love them.
After a long busy day of training members, Snickers and I flicked on the TV and who should we see but one of my K-Crew boys on the screen.
Look it's Motor Cross!!!  They interviewed him on a show because he's a champion professional racer.
I vouch his adorable boyish face has something to do with it too.  Very cool to see him on TV.
