As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

A Fancy Little Lady Pays us a Special Visit

At 2:30 this morning, Snickers had decided that he couldn't sleep knowing that Ferrari was outside in the cold shivering, so he got up, picked her up, and brought her back to Hulk's.
Pyen Chi didn't really seem to care about her,
Pacquiao wanted to pretty much eat her and Balboa was way too overly curious about her.
During the day she stayed here at Hulk's.  I put one of my second skin thermal tops on her and she acted as my little four-legged assistant.
Members absolutely loved her.
And when she wasn't being egged on to run around with members in the club, she was either standing beside me at the juice bar or lounging on the sofa by the coal heater.
For her first full day here at Hulk's, it was a pretty packed one.
She met a lot of new people, ran around a lot, got kissed and hugged so much, and by 10pm
she was absolutely zonked out for the night.
