As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

A New 4-Wheel Member and Many Mini Hulkies

I knew something was up when I looked out the front doors and there stood Snickers, Mouse Doctor and Sam-Sam looking at some jeep parked out front.
Turns out this jeep isn't just some jeep, it's now our jeep.
Introducing Odinson Eto.
I didn't really have much time to digest the fact that I had just agreed to buying this jeep, Odinson Eto, as suddenly our club became infested with mini Hulkies.
We have a total of 30 mini Hulkies now -- 28 members under the age of 16 and 2 honory mini Hulkies that are actually 17 years old but still train under me as their main coach.
My mini Hulkies are awesome and having two of them as my mini assistants is super cool.
Tonight I taught two of them how to make my a healthy, hearty breakfast.
Ghetto pic of the day -- this is how I prepare myself for my morning, I put my clothes under the electric blanket and then sleep on them.  It saves on oil for the heater plus there's no running naked through the club to the front heater and then waiting for it to heat up.  There's but seconds that I'm forced to stand there buck naked and put on clothes, that is unless Pyen Chi refuses to get off my clothes and then there are a couple of minutes of naked wrestling with a +40kg dog in the dark.
