As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

...and Then There Was F-O-U-R!!!!

This is what it's like to work at home and live at work... I'm always doing something and these guys are always acting as my shadow with insisting I let them in on whatever I'm doing.
Tonight I worked on ordering some of the stuff needed for our Indiegogo campaign, like perks and thank you cards, but I was limited with how fast I could work.  Balboa was sleeping on one arm and Pacquiao kept on insisting I pet him with my other hand.
And then, even when I moved to the bedroom to work via my laptop, Pyen Chi tried to constantly distracting me by nudging me with her long golden nose.  When she then plopped her nose on my computer keypad, then I had no choice but to stop working and give her an overdose of attention.
And if juggling the distractions of three beautiful four-legged friends wasn't enough to fight off so that I could get in some solid hours of work, tonight this lovely lady joined our crew.
Our pups have met her before but tonight we reintroduced them to her and introduced her as Ferrari Ali, the fourth member of our K-Bere crew.
