As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Photoshop Fun Proves to be Addicting to Me

First Crossfit Challenger class of 2015.  It was about an hour long but my Hulkies totally killed it!!!
Three rounds of 7 different exercises and then plank work.
Then after all most of our members had trained, showered, and gone home, my two mini Hulkie assistants showed up.  Played a rough game of indoor soccer together and then volleyball.
This is a picture I took of Pyen Chi the other week but tonight my mini Hulkie assistants introduced me to the additive fun world of Candy Camera -- a phone photoshop application.
Pyen Chi just happened to be one of tonight's photoshop "victims"... hahaha.
I thought I'd be funny by sneaking a peek during a random kiss for the camera.  But, as it obviously shows, Snickers didn't even close his eyes.  I'm doing all the kissing here... hahaha.
