As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Work is Business and My Pleasure

Sat down today to do some more computer work for the club and a part of that included making cute posters for two of the new foodies we've added to our juice bar menu -- the Banana Smash and Open Faced Sandwich.
We also now serve fresh coffee and I'm thinking of adding protein cookies.
I hosted Free Train today and one of my absolute favourite female Hulkies came out to train with me.
Free Train was from 1-3pm.  She arrived at 12:50pm and stayed till 5:45pm... hahaha.
We talked, we trained... and then I cooked her dinner.
Late in the evening Snickers and I headed out of town to one of our favourite places by the ocean.
We had business to discuss -- Hulk's Phase 2.
It was a sweet walk in the rain, discussing business and mixing it with pleasure and PDA.
