As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

From an All Time High to a Super Low

Hit the streets of downtown for a day date with my hubby and we got all dolled up for the occassion.
I sported some cherry red lipgloss, killer high heels, and even my wedding ring... hahaha.
You know I'm "dressed up" when I'm not wearing a sports bra and break out the expensive jewelry!
This week's long run was originally supposed to be Saturday morning, like it usually is, but with yesterday's fights we switched it to tonight.
So much for spending my evening doing a long run though.  A little less than 10kms into the run and it was over for me.  This is how I spent the rest of my evening, curled up in a ball spooning Pyen Chi, Balboa curled up by my feet and Pacquiao by my side looking over me.
