As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Sensory Overload with Boys, Indiegogo and Laundry

There are just too many Korean hotties in this picture -- God bless Korea!
In this one picture, we've got our golden boy amateur boxer (Kato), Sharkie, and two former Korean champion boxers -- Panty Boy and Snickers.
And then we've got some fierce female Hulkies watching the guys spar.
Tonight Snickers sparred with one of favourite sparring Hulkies.
He's an older member who is as sweet outside of the ring as he is tough and rough inside of it.
My mini Hulkie assistants have returned to work/training and tonight they were an incredible huge help with getting all my Indiegogo packages organized.
Stay tuned for the arrival of your Indiegogo perk and thank you card everyone!!!
We've got a total of 41 pieces of mail heading your way.
Our first night using the ring for our laundry... success... hahaha.
I must admit hanging the top line of towels was a bit hard for me because I'm rather vertically challenged but it was nice in that it meant Snickers had to help.
