Just this week I got in a shipment of new protein chips from Quest Nutrition and they're going like hot cakes, seriously! One member dropped by the club early today, just to pick up three bags before we sold out.
And check out this Open Faced Sandwich I made today for myself. I treated myself to a bit of cheese on top for my middle-of-the-week cheat meal and yes, I did indulge in some broccoli too but that's not what I want to point out here. Check out the fact that it literally broke my plate!!! Not sure on how exactly that happened but I'd like to think that it was because my meal was just so loaded with awesomeness.
And check out this action shot -- Kato jumping for the Frisbee Snickers just threw.
Today I was spoiled with some Western goodies, the first being some Crest toothpaste!!!
No sooner did I get it but I ripped that badboy box apart and tried it. My teeth were in Heaven. No more pasty Korean toothpaste with its lack of flouride!!!

The second dose of spoiled goodness came from an unexpected visitor and an even more unexpected Western gift -- Time Hortons coffee!!! I only have three Canadian friends here in Cheonan and they're all super supportive and super awesome. Canucks are best!
We got word that our brand new, beautiful ring will be making its way to Cheonan this Saturday, a couple of days ahead of time. It was a bitter sweet moment. Our new ring is going to be big, bold and beautiful but our current ring was designed by Snickers and I and made by one of our absolute favourite hired workers, so it has a lot of sentimental value to it. The plan is to keep the corner poles. They won't be used for the new ring, we have no idea what we'll use them for, but we love them.
Our ring is as ghetto as it is fabulous and it's done us well but it's got to go.
It serves as an excellent clothes hanger for drying our clothes and club towels and the pups love playing in it after hours, but it's for our boxers. It's just doesn't cut it anymore.
Up until this past week, Pyen Chi has always been nervous about stepping into it. It's always Pac and Balboa playing in it. Perhaps she senses something, I don't know, but every night this week when I go to turn off all the club lights and go to bed, I find her sitting like this.
