As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

A.D.I.D.A.S.. All Day I Dream About Sparring

Look at who is back... the KBS!!!  Today was the very last day of filming.
First to step into the ring to spar was the golden boy of amateur boxing, Kato.

Then it was my turn...
The head gear proved to be way too big, too distracting and too frustrating for me...
...so Snickers took it off and made me continue without it.
Can't say I wasn't surprised at just how much infighting and holding there was but I think I've come a long way from where Junior Mint kept me (and by "kept me" I mean held me back from really reaching my potential).
Thank you to everyone who came out tonight and especially to my friend, Coach Thomas, and his talented fierce female fighter, Eun Young.  It's always inspiring to meet a fellow female boxer and I hope to spar with her again.
