As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

From Sweet to Stress all in a Sunday Afternoon

After church and brunch, Snickers and I returned to Hulk's for some four-legged friend grooming.
Then we headed out to Mama Kim's house to pick her up and my little neice Jun Hyuk.
Notice the cape he's wearing.  He wants to be a superhero just like his Uncle Hulk, Snickers.
A visit to an in-laws house warming party quickly became quite the stressful situation when the apartment filled up with kids and Snickers and I were the only ones without one.
Never felt so good to be back in Cheonan, I'll tell you that!!!
Tonight we saw a preview of our KBS documentary on TV.

It will be airing this Tuesday which, for me, means only two more days before I quite possibly become the blackest of black sheeps known to history.  Based on however KBS edited this, it could either shed some much needed light for my in-laws to better understand me and lay off a bit or it could have the opposite effect and further divide me from them.
