As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Too Much Too Say But I Just Don't Want to Share it... Wednesday, May 6

I don't want to talk about today.  It is over and I'd like to just leave it in the past.

Snickers and I had what I can say was our biggest couple fight ever and it was pretty much all caught on film by the various cameras of KBS.  It was all sparked by the arrival of flowers at our club; someone wanting to sell them and me reacting with a sarcastic comment that touched a sensitive spot with Snickers.  I tried to calm Snickers down and talk to him, stop him from saying anything he'd regret, but I just couldn't.  I told KBS to omit this from the documentary and then I left the club.  I left the club hoping he'd catch me.  He never did so I didn't return.  I walked around Cheonan for 8 straight hours, wondering where the hell I should go and what the hell I was going to do, and then I showed up at a friend's apartment.
