As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

An Overdose of Four-Legged Cuteness!

Headed out to the country side to visit a particular Hulkie.  Just recently he was released from the hospital and now he's at home recovering from his severe accident.  Today he picked up a new addition to his family and so we headed over to meet his new four-legged family member, K.

Today marks K's brand new life and a whole new wonderful friendship our Hulkie.
K is a beautiful male Cane Croso who is about two and a half months old and already sporting massive paws that definitely foreshadow just how massive he will be getting.
But his eyes... oh his eyes.  Our eyes met and it was like love at first sight.
Seeing other people's four-legged friends always makes me miss mine so after our visit in the countryside we then hurried back to the club to play with our K-Bere Crew.
They're just so darn cute, I can't contain the giddiness with holding onto so much cuteness!!!
Balboa and Pacquiao aren't yet allowed to play freely with the K-Bere Baby Crew so back into the bedroom the Baby Crew went so that I could have some down time with the K-Bere Brothers.
My little fox and my little rat... hahaha...
