As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Last Goodbye Kisses for All

One more kiss for my beautiful girl as I leave today to head to Canada.
I'm going to miss this girl so much and I hope Snickers takes extra good care of her and her babies, waking up to head counts of them and kissing them all good night, good morning, and good everything-in-between
Then it was time to kiss Pacquiao.  I love this boy so much!!!
I kissed Balboa too but trying to get him to stay still for a shot is like... I don't know... trying to find a Korean who doesn't like rice... hahaha.
Then I picked up every one of Pyen Chi's beautiful babies and kissed them goodbye.  Many of them gave me kisses, like Hulk Jr. here.  Next time I see them all they'll be so big.... ah, a tear, a tear! 
And then this brings me to the present.  I am here at the airport.  Passed security and now waiting at gate to board.  I honestly can't believe this is happening, I am going to Canada.  Somebody pinch me now!!!
