As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Surprise Was the Theme of the Day

Fabulous news -- I'm NUMBER ONE!!!
This award came for me today from the marathon committee that I just did my first full marathon with.
Please ignore the fact that I'm beat red in the face; I just kicked my own butt with my morning run and the midday sun definitely added an extra kick.
....so true.  I save my "secret money" for training clothes.
Three new leggings arrived for me today from a new American company I decided to try.
Here are two of the three new pairs of leggings... love the pop with the designs!
And speaking of unexpected, ANOTHER cake arrived for us here at Hulk's!
The irony with planning our birthday party was that we couldn't find a cake big enough and then we had a hard time finding one that could design one specially for us.  But with the latest Avengers movie having just been released, Avenger cakes are popular right now.
Not surprised to see this strange sight -- one of my mini Hulkies totally passed out on the floor.  School kicked his butt today though I'm not too sure as to why he decided to fall asleep inside one of our training benches... hahaha.
