As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Last Full Day in Toronto so I Celebrated it the Old School Way

Had one last business chat and one last heart-to-heart chat with the manager at Systems and then, when I went to go leave, he sent me on my way with my very own beautiful new System Fitness gym bag.  Am going to proudly sport this bad boy in Korea!!! Love, love, LOVE System!!!
This is also something I love that I wish I could get involved in -- the Running Room's running club.
I've started my own running club in Korea but it's not the same.  I want to be one of the random runners in it, not the one organizing it.
Snapped a picture of my two friends whose house I've been staying at... I love these two!!!
Headed out for one last big night out with my boy J.  Love this guy too.  Best dancer e-v-e-r and we also have a ton of fun together and have such good heart-to-heart chats.
With tonight being my last night in Toronto, we did it up at the ultra ghetto Crocodile Rock.
The place was packed to the max!

It was only J and I that had shown up together but we ended up running into a lot of people.
Met a whack of new people who were super silly and very sweet.
I have absolutely no idea what these dudes with the same shirt are doing with their finger but whatever.  Sometimes you just have to not read into things and just have fun.
 Isn't she pretty... she's a new friend.
And you know what's a night out without someone making a fool of themselves... hello toliet paper following its master.  This just so happens to be Fabio.  Okay, so his name isn't really Fabio but someone at the club was named Fabio, according to my wifi search function, so I was using Fabio's wifi for free.  J and I tried to search out who was Fabio.  I was convinced this was him.
