As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Running Non Stop with Training, Pups, Mini Hulkies and After Work Work

Returned to running today and what a downer that was.  In addition to getting my butt kicked with the sun, the lake at Dankook University
After running like a crazy woman in that heat, I then had to come back to feed the pups.

Feeding ten four-legged friends isn't easy so I tried to contain them in the tire while I poured their food and got things ready for them.
...as you can see, that didn't exactly work out so well.

And if my training didn't wear me out and the puppies didn't exhaust my energy, then juggling training our Mini Hulkies came close to it.
Managed to still have some energy by the time we closed the club doors which was good because I had to make one pit stop across town.
Just because the club hours are over doesn't mean the work is.
