As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

From Sweat to Sunset

It's finally Friday and a happy, fabulous Friday to you all from us here at PB BoxFit!
Kick Kat totally steals the picture here because she's super pretty
and I was super nasty sweaty from boxing.
Found another perk of my job, an impressive discount from a neighbouring nutrition shop, sweet.  They're pure competition from the store down the street whose manager just won me over with a sweet discount and some free products.  Wait till I tell him what this store is offering me... lets see if he can match it!
Headed down to the lake again tonight.  It's just too pretty to not venture to.
I absolutely love, love, LOVE the lake.
Unlike Korea's sky that always is a shade of whatever mixed with grey, the sky here in Canada is always a shade of beautiful blue and the clouds... ohhhh these clouds!!!
Trying to mix in some pleasure with business meant my agent and I took our talks down to the lake shore.  Feels pretty awesome to be backed by such a solid guy that is as stubborn and hardheaded as me.
Look at that... this sky.  Yes, more sky pictures.  Canada's sky is so beautiful.
And there's a sweet skyline picture for you.  I don't know why everyone in this city doesn't venture down to the lake every single day.  The lake is my go-spot for everything and anything.  It's hard to not feel happy when I'm in such a stunning place.
