As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

A Mix-Matched Party of People, Perfect

Meet up with friends for the launch party for Misfit Island.
Some of my good high school and elementary friends came so that was awesome!!!
I even knew one of the performers -- we went to high school together.
Some from my boxing club here in Toronto showed up too.
Thank you to everyone who showed up for the event, even Spiderman.
Turns out Archie of the one and only Archie comics showed up too.
Did my little media interview for the upcoming book, very cool.
 
To tell you the truth, I didn't really know who this lady was at first.  I just thought she was absolutely gorgeous with her tattoos and perfect hair.  Turns out she is Janine Lindemulder, best known for her appearance in the Blink 182 videos (and "other" videos).
Old friends, new friends, fun times and lots of laughs... the part was a success.
