Reactions from Coach Brown, eating my chicken and oats... well trying to at least.
He wasn't a fan and seemed more confused if anything... hahaha.
I was treated to breakfast after training today. Coach Brown insisted we eat some "real" food, non of this mixed food stuff with foods "that should never be allowed to mingle".
I still argue my chicken and oats is delish but then again I look at food as fuel.
Today's post training fuel -- veggie omelet with extra tomatoes on the side.
Thankfully I ate a big post training meal because I then spent the next several hours running around dealing with preparing for my health card and whatnot.
Ended a very, very, VERY long and busy day with celebrating Ice Cream. Wednesday.
One of my boxing buddies took me to this tiny hipster place where you pick out a freshly cooked cookie and your ice cream of choice. The menu was crazy. I wanted it all.
Note my ice cream sandwich was the one on the right.
Hey man, if I'm going to cheat on my clean eating than I'm going to make it a solid, worth it cheat. I train hard, I eat clean, and no one can say I don't.
Too funny... too many giggles.
We make up for our silliness with the intensity we both bring to training. He's quite the talented Mauy Thai boxer and I'm trying to help him make the switch to boxing.
Life is better in the wonderful world of boxing!!!
