As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Moved Out and Moved In

Today marked my last final day at my attic apartment up on Bathurst so I celebrated it via being a rebel and then being treated out to an early morning breakfast before boxing.
Welcome to my new apartment!!!  I love, love, LOVE it!
Here's the main room, the family room.
Same room just a different view point.
My bedroom.  It's simple, it's sweet, it's quiet... it's flat out awesome.
My kitchen, well as much as the camera could get in one shot, and then the bathroom.
My father, Papa Bere, was all too eager to help me move today but when I asked him to pose for a picture on my balcony I found something out.  My dad is afraid of heights!  I totally didn't know that.  He was so nervous but oh so cute struggling to take this pic.
